Block hour contracts range from 25 hours to 300 hours, and can be used at the client`s discretion within one year from the date of purchase. Block hour contracts are pre-billed as whole sum at the time of purchase. Customers can get a preferred rate and our guaranteed response time is 1 hour. You can call our office Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm to schedule your maintenance. You can even pre-schedule an appointment for evenings or the weekend with no increase in rate.weekend with no increase in rate/charge. 

This type of service is often used by organizations that have stable demand for monthly service / maintenance. The size of monthly contracts can vary from 10 hours per month to much larger multiple personnel contracts. The term of these contracts are at least 1 year, and are pre-billed monthly. The benefit to the client is that preferred rate (our best rate) will be charged and our guaranteed response time is 1 hour.
